DAY 1 OF 21

Morning Energy Baseline

Today's Reflection

Begin before the day's demands blur together. Energy varies; a baseline helps you compare experiences without assuming every low point has the same cause.

A morning baseline gives context for later decisions. It should describe what you notice without diagnosing why you feel that way. Include the day already ahead of you; available energy and scheduled demands belong in the same picture.

See it in everyday life

An illustrative example, not a reader submission.

You wake after interrupted sleep with several appointments planned. The useful observation is not “today is ruined,” but that your schedule may need a lower-demand version or more support.

Put this into practice

Note sleep, bodily comfort, hunger, and the first commitments of the day. Choose one priority and one task that can move if needed. Avoid collecting more measurements than you will use.

Guided Activity

Write Your Entry

Record a simple morning check-in.

When you come back to this page

Compare the morning note with the evening experience. Patterns across days are more informative than treating one rating as a fixed forecast.

You can add what you noticed to your existing answers above. Your written entries stay private in this browser.

Affirmation for this resource

My energy observations can lead to practical support instead of self-blame.

Opening Prayer

God, help me notice my limits before resentment has to announce them. Guide care, useful adjustments, and informed help for concerns that persist. Amen.
