Deliver virtual and instructor-led training to insurance customer service representatives, then reinforce learning through coaching and performance feedback. Manage classroom behavior, evaluate understanding, maintain training records and coordinate with operations leaders. This virtual role is available in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin; applicants within 60 miles of Tucson are excluded from this remote opening and are considered for a separate local arrangement. A high school diploma is required. Insurance contact center training or supervisory experience is preferred. Employer-disclosed compensation: Salary Range: $44,000-$50,000
