About this opportunity
Assist insurance customers with policy servicing, account changes, billing questions and general coverage information within the limits of a non-licensed representative. Record interactions, research concerns and transfer customers to licensed agents when needed. This remote position is restricted to Texas residents and provides a 40-hour workweek, paid training and company equipment. Requirements include a high school diploma, communication skills and the ability to navigate several applications. Customer service and previous work-at-home experience are preferred. Employer-disclosed compensation: $16.50 per hour
